Order Cancellation Period:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it. After this period, your order will be processed and may not be eligible for cancellation.

Cancellation Fees:
If your order has already entered the shipping process, a cancellation fee of RM10 will be charged and deducted from your refund.
